The Institute for Global Academic Excellence (IGAE) invites accomplished academicians, researchers, scholars, and professionals to participate as speakers at its international conferences and academic forums. These sessions are designed to promote global academic excellence, interdisciplinary collaboration, and the exchange of innovative research ideas among participants from universities, research institutions, and professional organizations worldwide.

Through these speaker sessions, experts can share their research contributions, discuss emerging academic developments, and inspire meaningful discussions within the global research community.

Who Can Apply

Who Can Apply as a Speaker

You may apply to become a speaker if you:

Are a faculty member, researcher, academic scholar, or industry expert
Hold a postgraduate qualification such as M.Tech, MBA, M.Sc., MA, or equivalent
Doctoral qualification (PhD) or significant research experience is strongly preferred
Have published research papers, academic contributions, or professional project experience
Demonstrate expertise in a specialized academic or professional discipline
Possess the ability to present innovative research insights or professional developments
Previous conference speaking experience is desirable but not mandatory.
Responsibilities

Role of Speakers at IGAE Conferences

Speakers selected for the conference will:

Deliver a 10–15 minute presentation during their assigned session

Present research findings, professional insights, or innovative developments

Participate in interactive discussions and Q&A sessions

Contribute to global academic dialogue and knowledge sharing

After Selection

Expectations from Selected Speakers

Once selected, speakers are expected to:

  • 1Submit a short abstract or presentation summary for evaluation
  • 2Provide presentation slides and a brief professional profile within the specified timeline
  • 3Ensure that submitted content is original and academically appropriate
  • 4Follow the conference schedule and presentation guidelines shared by the organizing committee
  • 5Attend a technical briefing session if the presentation is conducted virtually
