For participants requiring a visa to attend

• The IGAE Organizing Committee does not influence the visa application process or decisions made by embassies or consulates.
• IGAE holds no responsibility for visa issuance. Processing times differ by individual; we strongly recommend applying as early as possible.
• IGAE cannot intervene in decisions made by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) or embassies.
• We will not engage in discussions or correspondence with MOFA or embassies on behalf of applicants.
