How to Join a Video Conference:

Step 1: Register for the IGAE event that uses video conferencing.
Step 2: You will receive an email with the video conference link and meeting details.
Step 3: Click the link at the scheduled time to join the session. We recommend joining 10-15 minutes early to ensure your audio and video settings are properly configured.
Step 4: Follow the on-screen instructions to connect to the meeting.
