Submission Guidelines- IGAE Conferences

"We invite researchers, scholars, and professionals to contribute to the academic platform of the Institute for Global Academic Excellence (IGAE) by submitting their original research. Please follow the guidelines below to ensure your abstract or full paper meets IGAE conference standards.""

    Abstract Submission Guidelines
  • Abstracts must clearly describe the original research or study being presented.
  • All abstracts must be written in English, free from grammatical errors.
  • Submissions should be informative, relevant, and concise.
  • The abstract should be a single paragraph, with a word count of 200–250 words.
  • The title, author’s name, and affiliation(s) should be centered, with the presenting author's name underlined.
  • A brief biography of the presenting author should be included (refer to the template provided).
  • Submit the abstract as an MS Word document (.doc or .docx).
  • Upload your abstract via the official IGAE submission portal: [Insert Submission Link]
  • An acknowledgment email will be sent within 3 working days of submission.
    Full Paper Submission Guidelines

    Authors whose abstracts have been accepted and who have completed registration are encouraged to submit their full papers. Please follow the instructions below:

  • Manuscripts must be written in English and thoroughly checked for grammatical and language accuracy.
  • The full paper should be 6 to 8 pages, formatted in double-column layout.
  • Include high-quality tables, figures, and images, properly labeled.
  • Use lowercase keywords (except for proper nouns or scientific terms), separated by commas.
  • Clearly state all author affiliations, including institution name and country.
  • Structure your manuscript using the following sections:
    • Paper Title
    • Author Details
    • Abstract
    • Keywords/Index Terms
    • Background/Introduction
    • Motivation and Objective
    • Statement of Contribution / Methodology
    • Results
    • Discussions
    • Conclusions
    • References
  • Submit the full paper as an MS Word file (.doc or .docx).
  • Upload your paper through the official IGAE submission portal: [Insert Submission Link]
