Abstract Submission Guidelines

We invite researchers, scholars, and professionals from across the globe to submit their original work for consideration at the IGAE Conference. To maintain the highest standards of academic excellence, please ensure that your submission adheres to the following abstract submission guidelines:

  • Content : The abstract must provide a clear and concise summary of the research or work being presented. It should highlight the key objectives, methodology, findings, and the potential impact of the work.
  • Language : Abstracts must be written in English to ensure global accessibility.
  • Length : The abstract should be between 200–250 words, focusing on clarity and precision.
  • Biography : A brief biography of the presenting author (limit: 100 words) must be included. You may use the provided template for consistency.
  • Format : Abstracts should be submitted in MS Word (.doc or .docx) format for ease of processing.
  • Author Details : On the first page, include the title, author's name, and affiliations, centered. The presenting author’s name should be underlined for easy identification.

After preparing your abstract as per these guidelines, please submit it through our dedicated conference portal. You will receive an acknowledgment email confirming the receipt of your submission within three working days.

Full Paper Submission Guidelines

We encourage all authors with accepted abstracts and completed registrations to submit their full papers. Please follow these detailed guidelines for a successful full paper submission:

  • Page Length : The full paper should be between 6-8 pages, formatted in double-column, and include proper pagination.
  • Language : The paper must be written in English and thoroughly proofread for language accuracy and clarity.
  • Figures & Tables : All figures, tables, and images must be of high resolution, properly labeled, and integrated seamlessly within the document.
  • Keywords : Include 3-5 keywords related to the core themes of the paper, formatted in lowercase (except for proper nouns or scientific names).
  • Affiliations : Include the names, institutions, and countries of all co-authors. Ensure that all affiliations are clearly listed for accurate attribution.
  • Structure : Your full paper must include the following sections:
    • Introduction : Overview of the topic and the research question.
    • Objectives and Methodology : Clear objectives and a description of the methodology used.
    • Results and Discussion : Present the findings and discuss their significance.
    • Conclusions : Summarize the implications of your findings and potential areas for further research.

After preparing your full paper according to the above guidelines, please submit it through the conference portal.
